Coverage Duration: Service warranty is valid for 12 to 24 months from the date of installation (depending on service type and project size).
What’s Covered:
Faults or defects due to poor workmanship or incorrect application techniques.
Delamination, leaking, or adhesion issues when applied according to guidelines.
Premature failure of the system due to improper handling during installation.
Exclusions:
Structural movement or modifications after installation.
Surface contamination or lack of maintenance leading to failure.
Third-party repairs or alterations made without prior approval.
Note: All warranty requests must be made within 14 days of identifying the issue, with supporting documentation and photos of the affected area.
