Warranty Coverage

Our products come with a limited warranty ranging from 2 to 5 years, depending on the type of product and application. This warranty applies to products used under normal conditions and according to the manufacturer’s installation guidelines.

What’s Covered:

• Product failure due to manufacturing defects.
• Loss of key performance features (e.g., waterproofing, UV resistance, strength).
• Defective materials that fail under standard application methods.

Exclusions:

• Improper application or installation not in accordance with technical datasheets.
• Mixing with unapproved additives or third-party substances.
• Damage caused by misuse, structural alterations, accidents, or natural disasters.
• Normal wear and tear or discoloration due to environmental exposure.
