TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Scope of Warranty: Solid Green Tech Solutions Sdn Bhd (Hereinafter referred to as SOLID) provides a limited warranty for its waterproofing products and services for above said area(s). SOLID warrants to the above scope of works for a period of [X] years from the date of completion of work (DD/MM/YYYY), against loss of bond, peeling, separating and water resistance so long as the surface integrity is maintained and approved by SOLID
2. Warranty Coverage:
2.1 SOLID warrants that the waterproofing services performed by its trained professionals on the above said area(s) in accordance with the specifications provided.
2.2 The warranty covers the waterproofing works performed by SOLID in accordance with the specifications provided by SOLID and confirmed by customer (Ref no: ______________). The warranty for workmanship (under defect liability period is X months) and the product warrant by manufacturer which covers the materials are X years (subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the warranty certificate).
3. Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover any damage or defects caused by the following:
a. Use of the above said area(s) for purposes other than its intended use;
b. Negligent, intentional, improper use or maintenance including failure to clean and inspect the surface regularly of the above said area(s);
c. Alterations or modifications made to the above said area(s) by anyone other than SOLID;
d. Normal wear and tear, including abrasion, scratches, minor cracking, deterioration due to exposure to weather conditions such as UV radiation, rain, snow, or temperature fluctuations or aging of the above said area(s);
e. Any damage caused by natural disasters, including but not limited to fire, floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, or other severe weather events;
f. Any damage caused by acts of God, war, abuse, terrorism, or civil or animal based disturbances, or other external factors beyond the control of SOLID;
g. Any defects arising from cracking, peeling, or other damages due to structural movement, settling, shifting of the building or foundation, or substrate instability that exceeds the tolerance;
h. Color and shade variations of the coating;
i. Any damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals, solvents, or cleaning agents that may degrade the waterproofing system;
j. Any issues arising from installation or application of other materials or systems by third parties that may affect the waterproofing performance;
k. Any damage or failure due to pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to structural defects, inadequate drainage, or moisture issues that were not addressed prior to the application of the waterproofing system;
l. Any damage resulting from heavy impact, including but not limited to falling objects, heavy machinery, or vehicles.
4. Warranty Claims:
4.1 In the event of a warranty claim, the Client must notify the SOLID in writing to SOLID GREEN TECH SOLUTIONS SDN BHD, Lot 772 (10-14), Jalan Subang 4, Kaw. Perindustrian Sg Penaga, 46720 Subang Jaya, within 7 days from the discovery of the alleged defect.
4.2 SOLID reserves the right to inspect the above said area(s) and determine, at its sole discretion, whether the defect is covered under this warranty.
4.3 The Client agrees to provide SOLID with reasonable access to the premises where the above said area(s) was rectified for inspection and repair purposes.
4.4 If the defect is deemed to be covered under this warranty, SOLID will repair the affected area of the waterproofing works done.
4.5 The Client must allow SOLID a reasonable amount of time and authorization of investigate and determine the cause of the defect.
4.6 The Client shall cause temporary repairs to be made if necessary to avoid further damage until the cause of the problem is determined and permanent repair recommendations can be made. Failure to follow these procedures may invalidate the warranty.
5. Warranty Limitations:
5.1 SOLID’s liability under this warranty shall be limited to the repair of the defective products used. SOLID shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the above said area(s), even if SOLID has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Warranty Disclaimer:
6.1 This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. SOLID expressly disclaims all other warranties.
7. Limitation of Liability:
7.1 In no event shall SOLID’s liability exceed the amount paid by the Client for the Services performed by SOLID.
8. Governing Law:
8.1 This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in Malaysia which the Services were performed.
9. Entire Agreement:
9.1 This warranty constitutes the entire agreement between SOLID and the Client and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements in writing to SOLID GREEN TECH SOLUTIONS SDN BHD, Lot 772 (10-14), Jalan Subang 4, Kaw. Perindustrian Sg Penaga, 46720 Subang Jaya.
10. Severability:
10.1 If any provision of this warranty is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
11. Amendments:
11.1 This warranty may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties.
12. Warranty Transfer:
12.1 This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the waterproofing services from SOLID.
13. The expenses incurred to connection with making a claim in conjunction with the warranty is to be borne by the Client.
14. If the defects on the waterproofing system are caused by water stagnation and lack of water discharge due to pipe clogging, then it should be excluded from the warranty given.
15. If the contents of the Maintenance Manual Guidelines (Appendix 1) are not met, this warranty shall be considered null and void.
16. If the payment for the aforementioned project is not made in full, this warranty shall not be active, and no claims can be made against SOLID.

By accepting the waterproofing works provided by Solid Green Tech Solutions, the Client acknowledges that they have read and understood the scope of warranty and agree to be bound by its provisions.
WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Scope of Warranty:
Solid Green Tech Solutions Sdn Bhd (hereinafter called SOLID) provides a limited warranty for its painting products and services. SOLID warrants to the above scope of works for a period of [X] years from the date of completion of work (DD/MM/YYYY), the paint system as recommended and listed in Schedule 1 would not be affected by the following defects:
• Paint Film Peeling/Flaking
• Paint Film Cracking
Dirt stains which can be washed off by water jetting and light scuffing is not considered as fungus/ algae infestation.
1.1. Allowance must be made for gradual degradation of paint film from normal ‘wear’ based on the elapse of time.
1.2. This warranty and liability is expressly limited to SOLID shall at their cost to undertake and make good all defective areas of coating system premature failure during warranty period. Claims for incidental or consequential damages resulting from a breach of this warranty are specially excluded.
2. Warranty Coverage:
2.1 SOLID warrants that the painting services performed by its trained professionals on the above said area(s) in accordance with the specifications provided.
2.2 The warranty covers the painting works performed by SOLID in accordance with the specifications provided by SOLID and confirmed by customer (Ref no: ______________). The warranty for workmanship (under defect liability period is X months) and the product warrant by manufacturer which covers the materials are X years (subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the warranty certificate).
3. Warranty Exclusions:
3.1.The warranty shall not cover defects caused directly or indirectly by any one or more of the factors defined below. Such defects will not qualify for claims under the warranty and shall be deemed invalid claims:
3.1.1 Damages due to natural disasters ‘Act of God’, including but not limited to earthquakes, fire, floods, hurricanes, or other severe weather conditions;
3.1.2 Uniform or even color change;
3.1.3 Surface deposition of fungus, dirt or any contaminant that can be removed through period cleaning. Fungus and algae growth can be washed off is classified as a foreign layer deposited on the paint film;
3.1.4 Defects arising from any modifications or alterations to the building facade or surfaces, including but not limited to drilling, cutting, or installation of new fixtures, without prior written consent from to SOLID;
3.1.5 Trace difference in color or texture on new materials being applied for repair work against previous material;
3.1.6 Fungus or peeling due to cold room or low temperatures;
3.1.7 Cracks or damages resulting from normal aging and wear and tear;
3.1.8 Damages due to vandalism, heavy/external impact, war, terrorism, or civil or animal based disturbances, or other external factors beyond the control of SOLID;
3.1.9 Cracks caused by thermal expansion or contraction due to extreme temperature variations;
3.1.10 Negligent, intentional, improper use or maintenance including failure to clean and inspect the surface regularly;
3.1.11 Issues arising from defects in the underlying structure that were not addressed during the crack repair works;
3.1.12 Damage caused by exposure to harmful chemicals or biological agents, including mold, mildew, or fungi;
3.1.13 Degradation caused by prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures, UV radiation, or severe weather conditions;
3.1.14 Any defects arising from cracking, peeling, or other damages due to structural movement, settling, shifting of the building or foundation, or substrate instability that exceeds the tolerance;
3.1.15 Cracks or damages resulting from any modifications or alterations to the building facade performed without prior written consent from SOLID;
3.1.16 Any damage caused by water leaks, seepage, or moisture intrusion from sources such as plumbing issues, roof leaks, or poor drainage;
3.1.17 Normal wear and tear, including fading, chalking, or slight discoloration over time due to aging or exposure to the elements;
3.1.18 Failure due to issues with previous coatings that were not properly prepared or incompatible with the new paint;
3.1.19 Any problems caused by the condition or deterioration of the underlying substrate (e.g., wood rot, rust, loose plaster).
4. Warranty Claims:
4.1 In the event of a warranty claim, the Client must notify the SOLID in writing and delivered by courier or by hand to SOLID GREEN TECH SOLUTIONS SDN BHD, Lot 772 (10-14), Jalan Subang 4, Kaw. Perindustrian Sg Penaga, 46720 Subang Jaya, within 7 days from the discovery of the alleged defect.
4.2 SOLID reserves the right to inspect the above said area(s) and determine, at its sole discretion, whether the defect is covered under this warranty.
4.3 The Client agrees to provide SOLID with reasonable access to the premises where the above said area(s) was rectified for inspection and repair purposes.
4.4 If the defect is deemed to be covered under this warranty, SOLID will repair the affected area of the services done.
5.Periodic Cleaning:
5.1 Periodic cleaning of the exterior surface is essential to maintain the aesthetic and durability at the coating system. Atmospheric dirt in the air can accumulate on flat areas like top of parapet, edges and ledges and with presence of rainwater, unsightly streak marks may be visible on light colors. Over passage of the time, the accumulation of dirt and organic matter together with high moisture can promote the growth of algae although the paint film are still sound and intact.
5.2 The frequency of cleaning should preferably be at least 12 ( twelve) months interval depending on environmental position.
Our recommendations are as follows:
a)Wash away loose dirt, dust and other contaminants with mild detergent (3% to 5% dilution) or clean water.
b)Apply SOLID Fungicidal Wash and allow to stand overnight.
c)Clean away the fungicidal wash with clean water.
6. SCHEDULE 1 ( The Painting System)
6.1 Surface Preparation
To obtain the maximum performance for which all paints/surface coating are formulated, strict adherence to good surface preparation is a necessity.
New concrete should be allowed to dry until moisture content is below 12% as measured with Protimeter, which usually takes about 2-4 weeks after plastering subject to the weather conditions.
he presence of form release agents and laitance deposits on new plastering must be considered and thoroughly removed before painting.
All areas subject to water leakage or excessive/constant moisture affected areas shall be corrected by covering up or water proofing the source of areas causing the problems, by a specialist in the respective field.
7. If the payment for the aforementioned project is not made in full, this warranty shall not be active, and no claims can be made against SOLID.
8. Severability:

17. Limitation of Liability:
17.1 In no event shall the SOLID’s liability exceed the amount paid by the Client for the Services performed by SOLID.
18. Governing Law:
18.1 This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in Malaysia which the Services were performed.
19. Entire Agreement:
19.1 This warranty constitutes the entire agreement between SOLID and the Client and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements in writing to SOLID GREEN TECH SOLUTIONS SDN BHD, Lot 772 (10-14), Jalan Subang 4, Kaw. Perindustrian Sg Penaga, 46720 Subang Jaya.

By accepting the painting works provided by Solid Green Tech Solutions, the Client acknowledges that they have read and understood the scope of warranty and agree to be bound by its provisions.

2.1 SOLID warrants that the flooring services performed by its trained professionals on the above said area(s) in accordance with the specifications provided.
2.2 The warranty covers the flooring works performed by SOLID in accordance with the specifications provided by SOLID and confirmed by Client (Ref no: ______________). The warranty for workmanship (under defect liability period is X months) and the product warrant by manufacturer which covers the materials are X years (subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the warranty certificate).
3. Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover any damage or defects caused by the following:
3.1. Use of the above said area(s) for purposes other than its intended use;
3.2. Negligent, intentional, improper use or maintenance including failure to clean and inspect the surface regularly of the above said area(s);
3.3. Alterations or modifications made to the above said area(s) by anyone other than SOLID
3.4. Normal wear and tear, including abrasion, scratches, minor cracking, deterioration due to exposure to weather conditions such as UV radiation, rain, snow, or temperature fluctuations or aging of the above said area(s);
3.5. Any damage caused by natural disasters, including but not limited to fire, floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, or other severe weather events;
3.6. Any damage caused by acts of God, war, abuse, terrorism, or civil or animal based disturbances, or other external factors beyond the control of SOLID;
3.7. Any damage to or dulling of finish caused by prolonged use or Client negligence which includes, but is not limited to heavy use, harsh chemicals used for cleaning such as battery acid, brake fluid, paint stripper or any industrial solvent products), cleaning with abrasive material and/or detergents and the use of pressure washers and scrubbing/buffing machines.
3.8. This warranty does not cover any damages resulting from misuse, abuse or accidents such as scratches, damage from impact, spinning tires, flame or mechanical damage to the underlying concrete.
3.9. This warranty excludes moisture-related issues, including intrusion, efflorescence and hydrostatic pressure.
3.10. Any defects arising from cracking, peeling, or other damages due to structural movement, settling, shifting of the building or foundation, or substrate instability that exceeds the tolerance;
3.11. Color and shade variations of the coating;
3.12. Any damage resulting from heavy impact, including but not limited to falling objects, heavy machinery, or vehicles.
4. Warranty Claims:
