Return & Refund Policy

Overview

At Solid Green Tech Solutions, customer satisfaction and product performance are our top priorities. We strive to ensure that all products delivered meet your expectations in terms of quality, safety, and performance. However, should there be a need to request a return or refund, please review our policy below.


✅ Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described on our website.
  • The item delivered is wrong or does not match your order.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Your request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Note:
Returns are subject to inspection by our technical team. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with.
  • Items damaged due to mishandling, improper installation, or external factors (e.g. floods, fire, structural failure).
  • Custom-mixed materials or made-to-order items.
  • Products purchased under clearance, promotion, or marked as “non-returnable”.

💰 Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the product is received in satisfactory condition:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or via bank transfer (if applicable).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer to your provided account.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged product).


🔄 Exchange Option

In eligible cases, we may offer a one-to-one product exchange instead of a refund, subject to stock availability. Our team will advise the best solution based on the nature of your request.


📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the error was on our part.
  • You are advised to use a trackable courier service to ensure successful return.
  • For bulky or pallet items, please contact us for logistics coordination.

🚫 Refusal to Accept COD Delivery

If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD) as your payment method and refuse to accept the parcel upon delivery without valid reason, a penalty of RM20 will be charged to cover shipping and handling fees.

Repeat offenders may be restricted from using COD in future purchases.


📩 How to Request a Return or Refund

Please email us at support@solidsolutions.com.my with the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Product Name
  • Reason for Return/Refund
  • Photo/Video of the issue
  • Proof of Purchase

Alternatively, contact our customer service via WhatsApp for faster response.
