In eligible cases, we may offer a one-to-one product exchange instead of a refund, subject to stock availability. Our team will advise the best solution based on the nature of your request.
If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD) as your payment method and refuse to accept the parcel upon delivery without valid reason, a penalty of RM20 will be charged to cover shipping and handling fees.
Repeat offenders may be restricted from using COD in future purchases.
