A Three Component Epoxy Mortar Screed

SOLIDGARD EM is a solvent free underlayment AOS moisture barrier; three components epoxy resin filled with filler silica sand mixture apply 3 ~ 10 mm thick. Epoxy mortar screeds are not color stable if exposed to UV light or under influence of weathering. We recommended applying color stable coating.

To supply and apply 1 coat of SOLIDGARD EM (Epoxy Mortar Resin), a SIRIM & JKR Approved, solvent free, dual component Epoxy Mortar Resin powered by HI-Bond, designed to promote exceptional adhesion on smooth and non-porous surfaces, including metal, steel, and ceramic tiles. It is specially formulated to act as a priming or repair base layer, enhancing adhesion on difficult substrates applied at the rate of 1.2 – 1.6 kg/m², depending on substrate porosity and intended build-up thickness; using approved tools and methods strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s data sheet and application manual.
