1. DEFINITIONS AND SCOPE
“SOLID” refers to Solid Green Tech Solutions Sdn. Bhd., the manufacturer and supplier of the waterproofing products covered under this warranty.
“Client” refers solely to the party that has purchased the product directly from SOLID.
This warranty is strictly applicable to Clients only and shall not apply to any main contractors, subcontractors, third parties, or purchasers through indirect channels.
2. WARRANTY COVERAGE
2.1 SOLID warrants, subject to the conditions and exclusions herein, that the waterproofing product (“Product”):
2.2 The warranty is only enforceable when an official Material Warranty Letter is issued by SOLID upon full completion of the prescribed warranty request process.
2.3 The warranty period shall commence from the date of Product purchase or the date stated in the Product Warranty Letter and shall only cover defects occurring within the stated warranty period.
2.4 SOLID’s obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement of the defective portion of the Product and does not extend to any form of financial compensation, reapplication costs, loss of use, or indirect damages.
3. CONDITIONS FOR WARRANTY VALIDITY
The warranty shall be valid only when the following strict conditions are fully met:

3.7 Clients must take reasonable steps to prevent further damage once any defect becomes apparent.
4. MATERIAL WARRANTY & DEFECT CLAIM PROCEDURE
4.1 Clients are required to submit a formal claim to SOLID in either of the following instances:

4.4 SOLID will evaluate the submitted claim and determine its validity at its sole discretion. If approved, SOLID shall provide product replacement strictly limited to the affected portion of the Product.
4.5 SOLID’s determination regarding the claim, including the nature of the remedy, shall be final and binding. No labour, removal, or reapplication costs shall be borne by SOLID.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
5.1 SOLID’s liability under this warranty is strictly limited to replacement of the defective Product only.

6. NON-ASSIGNMENT
6.1 This warranty is non-transferable. It may not be assigned, conveyed, or transferred to any other party without the prior written consent of SOLID.
7. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
7.1 This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
7.2 Any disputes arising under or in connection with this warranty shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Selangor, in accordance with the Arbitration Act 2005. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.
8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
8.1 This document constitutes the entire agreement between SOLID and the Client with respect to the Product warranty.
8.2 No representations, promises, or statements made by any party which are not expressly set out in this document shall be valid or enforceable.
8.3 Any amendments or deviations must be in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of SOLID.
9. CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By reading and accepting these Product Warranty Terms & Conditions, the Client acknowledges that they fully understand and agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.
By proceeding to request a Product Warranty from SOLID, the Client confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the above conditions in full.
